
On April 2, the groundbreaking kicked off of Related Ross' latest condominium, Shorecrest, located along the West Palm Beach waterfront.
The 28-story tower, featuring only 98 units, is being built at 1901 N. Flagler Dr., the site of the former Temple Israel facing the Intracoastal Waterway and Palm Beach. The price per condo ranges from $2.7 million to $7 million, and every unit faces the water.
West Palm's Shorecrest condo amenities include rooftop lap pool
Residents will enjoy a range of amenities, including a 75-foot rooftop lap pool, hot tub and outdoor bar and deck. A private fitness center equipped with Equinox-selected equipment, plus yoga and Pilates studios for group classes and personal sessions, also will be offered.
